In 2021, The SHARE Institute funded Active Centre for Rural Development (ACRUDEV) in Ghana to train 20 young women and men in beekeeping practices. A short training course was given and beneficiaries were selected by community leaders to establish new hives. The beneficiaries reported an increase in their income and many look forward to improving their quality of life.
