Americorps
2021:
On October 23rd, 12 volunteers from Americorps worked on the SHARE gardens. They did a great job weeding and fertilizing the gardens for the spring and they enjoyed a homemade meal provided by SHARE.
2020:
In 2020, Americorps was kind enough to aid The SHARE Institute with the Gardens for the Homeless by constructing plant boxes, digging out the old plants and overturning the soil. In return, SHARE purchased lunches for all volunteers that helped, as well as cleaning supplies and other supplies in order to follow the recommended COVID-safety guidelines.
